Withholding of matric statement and certificate
I am extremely disappointed with Acudeo College Protea Glen for withholding my Matric statement of results and certificate due to unpaid school fees. According to the South African Schools Act (SASA), it is ******* for a school to withhold academic records or certificates for any reason, including non-payment of fees. The school has refused to release my documents, which I urgently need for further education and job opportunities. This practice is not only ********* but also in direct violation of my rights as a former learner. I am calling on the Department of Education to intervene and ensure that the school complies with the law. I urge Acudeo College Protea Glen to release my documents immediately and stop penalising students for financial circumstances beyond their control.

Good day. Old mutual asked me to send them documents which I did on 2 January. I received sms saying they are processing my claim. I called got the same response. This policy is my late dad's. Beneficiary is me and my brother. Policy number policy number 69668P020199196. I'm tired of this company I just want my family to part ways with it. I wish they can release even my brothers policy money for education. Because I don't know how many times we had to report them on this platform. Thank you helo Peter for being a life saver

Not happy with old mutual
The reason I'm reporting this. My family and I are tired of being taken for a ride by old mutual. My dad had multiple policies with old mutual. We had to report 3 policies on this platform in order to get paid.My dad is deceased. F.M Shingange I'd number 7101095401088. He had an investment with old mutual policy number 69668P020196796. I went to the branch a multiple of times to submit my documents. I submitted a police declaration, I'd and a birth certificate for my brother .bank statement s and estate late account for my dad. Today I received a message asking me to submit again those things. When I went to the branche to inquire only my I'd is on the system. I feel like old mutual is being unfair on the beneficiaries. Also another policy which I feel my mother was underpaid a retirement annuity. Policy number 69668P020199170. She was paid R26000 with an adjacement of R6000.
