In January, my wife and I were ****med by two employees of Park Village Auctions. Bokamosa Shebe (068 490 4209) and Elmarie van Deventer (073 496 7314). Bokamosa sent me pictures of a trailer we wanted to buy. He also sent me an invoice with the VAT number, Registration number, company logo, contact information and banking details. I phoned the number to confirm that the details were indeed correct. Elmarie confirmed all the details. After the payments were made, I was sent a pin location to collect the trailer. Upon arrival, the security guard informed me that the premises were only used for storage and not for vehicle sales or collection. I lost a lot of money, and they refused to answer any of my calls.
In January, my wife and I were ****med, and we opened ***** cases at Nedbanks—Cases numbers 76764 and 77313. Within three weeks, my wife was refunded in full. I sent numerous emails and made frequent follow-ups regarding my case, but as a private banking client, I have not received updates or feedback. I have been a loyal client since 2010. On 21 May 2024, I requested my private banker to issue me a new credit card and link it to my online banking; after weekly follow-ups, I still have not received any feedback or confirmation of the issue of my new card.
