Acrylic nails fall out in less than a week
Very disappointed with the nail service provided. Literally a cheap quality set with bling products from China mall. Acrylic nail dip set fell out in less than a week. Extremely unprofessional service honestly.

It's unfortunate that I had to select a star in order to write this... I WOULD RATE THIS A 0 OUT OF 5. Sozo provides nail services as it's treatments but has such unskilled and unprofessional nail techs. Kindly do not provide a service if you cannot match the standards. I'm horrified with the experience I received and even when I asked for a soak off, I was alarmed with the response of "we don't have availability". Yet you just did my nails and now you what me to walk around with bad quality nails? The service is unfortunately horrible and disastrous because now im having to damage control at another nail tech. Highly not recommended.
