No service, No follow-up, Just a ridiculous call out fee

I had the misfortune of dealing with these guys, I was clear in my requirements that I had an issue with rising damp in my property and needed professionals to look into this, I stated further that this was not an issue with my water pipes but Municipal or external water sources that I need traced, this has happened before hence my requirement. The person I spoke to assured me that they were professional and would advise me. What I got was 2 people who showed up, walked around for 10 minutes and said that they cannot help me, they can only detect water leaks for the property itself, and they do not detect municipal pipe leaks. No equipment was used and no attempt was made to advise me on anything. I get a bill from them for R 865 rand. I state politely that they did nothing and I will therefore not be paying anything and I get an unprofessional email response about wasting their money, when the guys that came were there for 10 minutes and performed the laziest walk around the property stating they cannot detect municipal leaks, i.e. only thing I wanted them to check as I already know there are no leaks on the property pipes. It is clear they have relationships with ABSA insurance and probably other banks as well because it is clear that their customer relationship, service and pricing is extremely bad. I got assigned them via an insurance job to fix a geyser element hence my reasoning on the insurance thing. Do not deal with these guys, they will outright lie to get the callout fee. No customer review process to determine if the customer got any service, only a bill expecting payment.
