Hii, I placed an order end of Nov and still haven't received my order, they provided me a **** tracking number and I had to send a thousand messaged to get an update which was we will check and let you know, they have no blocked me off all social media which makes it hard to reach them, absolutely horrible experience and sad to know this was alot of money for a Christmas gift and now there's no refund or package.
