The don't refund
Customer care line doesn't go through and my emails are ignored, returned two items and no refund was processed it's been two weeks now.

From Dec 16th to this day(Over a month begging someone to deliver or atleast feedback). I never received my two items I paid for, this lady is a ****, she sent me incorrect tracking number. She doesn't even care, I'm going to report her at standard bank and open a case of *****, I'm glad I have her information now.
