The good, the bad and the dishonest.

Dissatisfied customer
Christo I'm still waiting since Nov 2023. You responded to my last review you will do the installation but nothing yet. You actually owe me money. I paid you more than 80% of your quote. You only did the drive-way gate. Still waiting for the security gate installation.

Disappointed client
I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed Christo Dippenaar, owner of Blue Bay Security Solutions and Aluminium Gates and Windows. Either return my calls or my money. He had done part of the job then the excuses started. We paid over and above the amount required to perform the work, so there's no issue about us not paying. Another client had posted in April and now in December the same issues we are experiencing. Obviously someone is having a lekker festive season with other people's money. I had given BBSS enough time to respond to my calls, whatsapp and emails but no response as yet.
