Not A Happy Client

Extremely poor service, waitress did not provide enough information on meals we were interested in. 1. we asked for water with ice not bottled, they charged us R50. 2. My sister's meal came 20mins after our horrible pizza ( I will get into that now), it was cold and sent back to warm, we had to ask for our to be cut.. we request for garlic, chilli, parmesan mandatory toppings that come with a pizza or italian meal.. Manager is extremely cold my dad sent his cheese ***** back cz they were not made:(... Not a good experience.
