Horrible business
they have *****ed up my order from OCT 2023, I ordered 10 vials....they told me they couldn't ship unless I paid more $$....it is the last few days of DEC 2023 and I STILL DONT have my package! They made errors in this order, now telling me in owe 2500 more for 200 vials...which I never ordered. I spent over 1500 dollars so far, since the agent told me shebwould lose her job unless I'm could pay for the items that were never my order in the first place! Asking me to sell the extras!!I sent money today to help her send me the items....not a word since 1p. My boss is super angry at me for giving them any of my money, and is now calling legal and Alibaba on Tuesday to report them.
