Thus far- terrible service and genuine confusion!
My phone was collected and arrived at their headquarters. I received an email shortly after saying that my phone was sent to their testing department and that I would receive an E-mail with updates regarding the sale of my iPhone XS. However, I received no E-mail. I have sent 2 E-mails and have called their customer service team 5 times, as well as their WhatsApp line - no response. It's been 2 days since my submission. Still no contact. Please can someone at sellyouriphone contact me ASAP, I'd be happy to change this review if I'm contacted with an explanation. Thanks.
