Bad service and bland food

Where do I start? From the slow service to the tasteless food. The owner or whoever the old man is, was rude and not helpful. The waiter basically disappeared after serving us drinks and I kid you not, it took over an hour to get our food. Other patrons arrived after us and got their food quicker. We asked to move to a table near the play area because we had 2 small children. Even though tables opened up we were not assisted with this simple request. After waiting a lifetime for our food it was so bland. I asked for extra calamari with my curry and it was cooked with the chicken. I would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy.
