Worst Tracking Service EVER!!! Do not use. I have 6 vehicles registered with them. Last 2 had issues with installation and was told I need to pay repairs 2 weeks after reporting failure with their system. I need to pay them to fix a bad installation. Bike is ****** in this time and keep having network issues with vehicles being disabled or offline and they say it is the driver or network, however the excuses they make are just assumptions. They take no accountability or responsibility of their product that should be working for you. Apparently I need to change drivers, send drivers for training, and send bike in for repairs. All of which I did not do in the first 6 months of using their service. Since the last 2 installations I feel this is a legitimate ****!! Company needs to be sued and taken down for financial loss caused and breach of their own contract and effectiveness to provide a 24hr vehicle tracking service. I report a complaint weeks back, they respond immediately but fail to provide an outcome and on top of that close your case without resolution. I report immediately that the bike is offline, they say it is a network issue with the location that the bike is driving through and will come back online in 30 min or so. Mind you that I have contacted them 4 days ago and they are giving me the excuse of network coverage. What is the use of a tracker then? They have completely failed in providing a service and are clearly not serious in tracking vehicles. If someone is willing to please assist in either resolving my issues with this company or able to take them to court. Please HELP!!! Oh another thing is that their cancellation policy is a 3 year contract and withdrawing before the end of 3 years means you need to pay 3000 rand for each vehicle you want to cancel. This should be null and void if they are failing in their service provided, right?
