****** at the Ridge by thier staff and management

Last year 2023 in August I was de*****ed and ****** assaulted and my phones ****** , one came back with a broken screen . On the day in question I was playing roulette , and I called a call bet on the tables AR 02 in the prevé lounge , once the ball had dropped in the winning number the floor manager announced that I should be paid cause I'm drunk and loud 🤬 he started pushing me around after I disputed his announcement , a swearing match ensued and I was forcefully removed and assaulted by the tactical response guys , my phones were ****** my chips to the value of R73 thousand rand were ****** , I was later after 2 hours handed my phones outside the casino entrance, and a keep safe slip for R53 thousand rands . I rejected the slip and also asked the security guy why my one of my phones are now broken, they laughed at me called the cops and said I must ***of . Till this day the casino refuse to allow me to view the tapes of the incident 😒 and have kept my money with them . They instead banned me from the facility and said I can go to hell I'll never view the tapes as they consider theater closed. Mind you they still have my payout with them . And refuse to repair my phone. The Ridge casino has zero respect fir its punters I have went there on a couple of occasions and seen where other guests being treated rude and with utter disrespect . They act as if they are not hosting us and we are in their favor gor visiting that piece of *** casino 🤬
