It has been more than 300 days waiting for Kwakol Markets to refund my $207.28 (>ZAR3 600) after I notified them that I was closing my account 363957. Their Email: statements@keakol.com
I signed up in November 2023 and paid $250 into the margin trade account. I'd signed up because of AI trading (Elon Musk) so that I don't have to monitor the markets all the time since I run a business full-time and also trade another account. On realizing that their offering was not what I was expecting I wrote to close my account so that they deposit proceeds into my original SA bank account. It's now been Six weeks without any response. I've written more than 10 emails and WhatsApps but no reply. Today I called their voice line but it cuts off. Looks like I've lost my money
