Terrible service
In June 2014 I bought a property of which the title deed transfer was managed by Klinkenberg Inc. To date I have still not received my document. According to the staff there is a back log of 5 to 6 months at the deeds office.... Maybe the staff should firstly go back to school and learn counting again. Secondly they can learn how to give customers feedback as they really do not know how to do that either. And thirdly they should maybe learn to do the filing correctly..... If all the above is done I might then be lucky enough to get my title deed. Funny thing is this was not the only property that we bought in June last year. The title deed to the other property (which was handled by more competent attorneys) was received last year. Strange how the deeds office is behind with one title deed and not another

Double billing on accounts
A calendar was sent to my son by Jacklin, I received this calendar on the 9th Jan 2015 and paid the amount into their account on the same day - the money reflected in their account on the 12th January. Yesterday I wanted to withdraw money from my savings accounts and was not able to as Jacklin has debited my account with the same amount on the 30th Jan. THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE FOR A SERVICE THAT THEY DON'T EVEN DELIVER. I phoned to ask for money back and was informed that I will have to wait 14 to 21 days for the request to be processed. When I paid the account I did not request for a payment and they had to wait 14 to 21 days, I paid immediately
