Complain about their treatment

good day. I have a complaint regarding the Mofolo community health Care centre. my mother and sister went there for help because they were not feeling well at all. They got there, the receptionist welcomed them well but the problem started when they were both attended by the clinic nurse. My mother told her what the problem was, so my sister and the nurse didn't answer her. She gave my mother an injection and she asked the nurse if she was going to give her any pills or medicine but she never answered her, she only attended to her WhatsApp and told my little sister to come back tomorrow without checking her out. Time they got there: 15:00 time they left the clinic: 15:30
