Misconduct/force selling
They handed me over to debt collectors for account that I'm not liable for. They also force sell.

Worst company i have ever worked with. They installed car tracker devices on my cars and never activated panic button and that was the main benefit i wanted from them. I told them this within a month of installing the devices and i asked that they don't debit my account until they have activated the panic buttons. They went ahead and debited my account without activating the panic button. It has been 6 months now and they still have not activated my panic buttons and they debit my account every month. I know panic button is not activated because i press it all the time with no response. I asked them to cancel the contract and uninstal they devices in my cars but they want me to pay a large crazy amount before they can uninstal they devices. They only care about debiting our accounts with no service, i regret the day i saw they advert on facebook and enquired on they serivces. I will urge all south africans not to work with this company
