Bellabaci disappoints

I have purchased from Bellabaci before and have had questions about their products answered promptly. I have however had a very different experience this time. I purchased a product in response to an email from them offering a discount. I received a R25 discount. I paid and then thought to check back on my email which had actually offered 25 percent discount….obviously their discount code is not working correctly on their website. I have emailed them several times and reached out on Instagram and have received absolutely no response. I am reluctant to order again as I now have no faith in any offers that they make. Such a pity as I love their product
