Security with no customer care training.

I have numerous incidents with the security guards at Vangate Mall. 1st incident one of the security was rude towards me, I reported it to his supervisor the next day. Nothing was done after he took my cell nr. 2nd incident in December 2023, I came to the mall to use their ATM nd was told have to wait till 8am. Where as all the other malls I've went to before allow the people to use the ATM. And during December period on entrance u could enter because Woolworths was open at 7am but they didn't allow the ppl to use the other entrance. Does that really make sense. I don't even want to talk where they close their entrances after 7pm, when their food court is still open and their is limited parking at the food court side.
