Refund on a failed conveyance service

On 20 Nov. 2023 I requested a refund of R..... from Magma Inc attorneys for their failure to deliver on the conveyance service. It's more than a year now since I've made the payment. Here is an extract of their response which I received On the 27 Nov. 2023; "We will take this matter to our director and he will be able to process your request and provide you with an update on the status of your refund." It's now the 24 Jan. 2024 and no update or communication from them as promised. The longer my money is with them the more value it loses and it is not fair.
