Not-so-Happy fish

Supposed to be an online retail store, but just seem to order products overseas and send to you. Happy to take your money for inferior and incomplete products. Will not honour delivering complete products. Excuse upon excuse, and then switch to being rude and arrogant when you try and resolve the issue.
