I arrived in Mafikeng today on 04 February 2024 at 18h30, only to be told by the guesthouse that I will not be allowed to checkin since TWF hadn't paid for the accommodation and the establishment is right to do so since they sent TWF the Proforma Invoice
I arrived in Mafikeng today on 04 February 2024 at 18h30, only to be told by the guesthouse that I will not be allowed to checkin since TWF hadn't paid for the accommodation and the establishment is right to do so since they sent TWF the Proforma Invoice on 01 February 2024 and the payment hasn't been received on 04 February. I've been calling since 18h30 and at 20h00, I'm yet to be assisted with payment and checkin. I'm tired, I've been on the road since 14h00 and there's zero consideration for their clients.
