Awesome customer support
I ordered Star realms from them as a collector. the box was damaged on the outside and as a collector I am very upset. However, they responded quickly, almost immediately to this problem informing me that if they have another in stock they would replace it. they also provided other options like a discounts on other products or to fully refund me. over all the deliveries are quick when using Courier Guy and their customer support and service are excellent.

Don’t buy as a collector
If you are a collector, don’t buy from Timeless Board Games! I wanted a set of the Star realms Frontiers deck building game. I saw Timeless board games had it and took a shot buying it. delivery was fast through courier guy, the only problem I had as a collector is that the game box is in extremely bad shape with bend sides, scuffed corners, cracks and scratches. Cards are in good condition soo if you want to play, it is fine. Nevertheless, as a collector that loves his cards games and board games containers in good condition, I am not satisfied.
