It's been almost a week since I submitted my son's application. I send an email daily to request a consultant to contact me. Until now, no response (besides the automated ticket number received 4 days ago). Calling doesn't help. You get referred back to the pathetic email system. If the admin for only an application is non-existent I fear the worst when it comes to results, reports, etc.
I contacted a few insurance companies for an All Risk Policy. Keenan Matroos from Dotsure's Business Direct was the first one who contacted me almost immediately. His service is outstanding while the other companies didn't even bother to call at all. This is how business should be done. Thank you Keenan!
