I bought a smart watch from SMAEL in Dec 23. It had a function to kayak and this is what I used it for. The watch got wet and soon afterwards stopped working. I contacted SMAEL and they referred me to their T&C. SMAEL stated that they would not refund me or replace the watch. I ask them to reconsider and after more than a week they rep**** stating management would not refund me or replace the watch. All I asked for was for the watch to be replaced.
