Worts service ever, been with this exact Bosch for 4 years. Did a service and engine mounting mid year, received my car back worse THAN EVER, I immediately communicated ALL the issue I feel, see and hear... long story short... Ive taken my car in 6 times after that, they had my car the entire December, took it in last week AGAIN and today it needs to go back AGAIN. I have a mechanic at my work and HE is the one picking up and seeing all the mistakes, NOT BOSCH.. and its EVERYTIME because they forgot to do something, stupid stupid mistakes, I had to replace my head gasket ( which my colleague saw within 5 second arriving at the workshop, and they had my car for 2 weeks not seeing that) and to start with if they did the job correctly I wouldnt have had to replace my head gasket, they had my car a week before that bacause I was complaining about my water ****ing out and over heating???????? I dont even want to go into details about the other stupid common sense things they have missed AND Im the one getting an Invoice??? WELL TODAY WAS THE LAST!!! Ive cried enough tears because of them, still waiting for owner to call me back. Im taking this further!!!! And that was the short short story of my HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with Bosch Rivonia, not even to mention my Uber bill.
