Good Morning I am very ****ed off with the pricing of one of your Sasol stores in Clare Estate, durban. I went to the store on the 27/08/2024 at 21.58pm to purchase a can of doom. I went to the shelf and the can of doom was priced at R29.90 so i took the can. When i went to the till, the cashier by the name of Samke assisted, she scanned the tin and it came out as R45.00. I queried it with her and she said that the price is correct at R45, i told her that on the shelf the price is R29.90 but she could not give me an explanation on why the pricing is different from the shelf and the till. No appology from the cashier as well. I contacted the store this morning to get an email address to send this complaint to and i was asked so many questions on why i need the email address, this is unprofessional behaviour. I PURCHASED 2X LAMB BUNNIES FROM THE DBN NORTH BRANCH ON SATURDAY THE 28/01 AS A TAKEAWAY. GOT HOME AND NOTICED THAT THE BUNNIE WAS ABSOLUTELY DRY, BREAD WAS NOT SLICED PROPERLY. I CONTACTED THE BRANCH IMMEDIATELY AND NO ANSWER. I WAS ****ED OFF AS I SPENT MY MONEY AND COULD NOT ENJOY. I CALLED THE STORE ON MONDAY , SPOKE TO A VERY ARROGANT PERSON BY THE NAME OF EDDIE. I TOLD HIM MY ISSUE AND HE SUGGESTED THAT HE WILL REPLACE MY MEAL. I CALLED HIM THE NEXT DAY AND ASKED HIM TO DELIVER TO ME, HE SAID THAT HE WILL CALL ME BACK AND LET ME KNOW WHEN HIS DRIVER IS COMING MY WAY. WAITED TILL 12PM AND NO ONE CALLED. I CALLED HIM AGAIN AND HE SAID TO ME THAT HE IS ARRANGING MY FOOD TO COME FROM ANOTHER BRANCH WHICH IS ORIENTALS ***EY RD SO I AGREED TO WAIT. IT CAME TO 2PM AND STILL NO FOOD I RECEIVED, I CALLED EDDIE AGAIN AND HE SAID THAT THE MANAGER OF ORIENTALS IS AT THE BUTCHERY, ONCE HE LEAVES THE MANAGER IS GOING TO MAKRO AND THEN HE WILL BE ABLE TO DELIVER TO ME, I TOLD EDDIE THAT I FINISH WORK AT 4PM, SO HE NEEDTS TO BE HERE. CAME TO 3;30PM AND NO ONE HAS COME, I THEN CALL THE ***EY RD BRANCH, SPOKE TO A PERSON BY THE NAME OF AK, HE SAYS TO ME THAT HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT ANY DELIVERIES OF FOOD TO ME, I THEN TRIED CALLING THE DBN NORTH STORE OVER 20 TIMES AND EDDIE HAS MADE THE STAFF LIE TO ME THAT HE IS NOT IN THE STORE, THIS IS PATHETHIC SERVICE FROM DBN NORTH. EDDIE IS RUINING THE REPUTATION OF ORIENTALS. I HAVE ASKED HIM NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THE OWNER EMAIL AND CONTACT NUMBER AND HE REFUSES TO GIVE ME. PEOPLE NEED TO BE AWARE OF SUCH RESTAURANTS, THEY MAKE MISTAKES AND THEY DONT WANT TO RECTIFY THEM.
