I took my vehicle in for service on the 4th of February 2026 and when I went to fetch my car in the afternoon I saw that the oil was still a black colour and asked for the service manager to take a look. She understood my point that I have paid a lot for the oil change and the oil still looks like the same old dirty oil. She then advised she will order a bottle of oil and will call me in to come for another oil change. I called a week later to follow up and she assured me that she will get back to me soon, that my job card is on her desk and she has not forgotten. It has now been a month since my service and I have not heard back from her and cannot get ahold of her. I called on the 3rd March 2026 and another lady said she would call me back in 5 minutes and I never received a call back. And now I try calling and when I am put through the phone just rings and no one answers. I am frustrated and very unhappy with the service I have received. I expected better and would like a response ASAP! I feel like I am being taken advantage off because I have been so polite and understanding and I have created a scene.
Horrible and very stressful experience with the delivery of my coffee table and TV stand. I purchased my coffee table and TV stand a week before the end of August and specifically requested delivery for the 1st of September because I was moving into a new home. I got a call on the 1st of the September saying they will come and deliver. I waited the entire day and received no delivery or call to say they are not delivering today. I called the guy I purchased the items from and he said he would follow up. He advised that it will be delivered on the 2nd of September. Knowing that they did not deliver to a customer who requested and was promised delivery on the 1st September they still took the entire day to deliver. Its past 2pm on the 2nd of September and I am still waiting for delivery. My items are coming from house and home in Fourways which is only 10 minutes away from my house. I would have expected to be a priority since I was treated so terribly the previous day. I did not expect a big and reputable brand like house and home to be so unprofessional and to horrible towards me. They have no respect for other people's time and a lady called me 3 days before my delivery to confirm the date and everything but I am still waiting for my furniture.
I have received terrible service from Vodacom. I informed them 3 weeks in advance that I will be relocating and make an appointment to send out a technician from Metro Fibre to reconnect my Fibre. The appointment was for the 1st of September 2025 at 10am and I called vodacom to confirm and the appointment and they said that the technician will be there at 10am. 10am came and went by and no one pitched up. After calling and speaking to several consultants who seemed so uninterested I finally spoke to a consultant who said she can only lodge a ticket. The technician only ended up coming out on the 2nd of September 2025. The main account holder had to go to work because leave was taken for the 1st of September. Now that the Fibre is connected which was only a 10 minute job I now have to wait 3 whole days before I actually gain access to the internet and I now have to buy data and yet vodacom will still debit me for the entire month after this horrible experience. I am so frustrated and annoyed with this service. A consultant Poliswa who promised to call me back but she never did. This is such an inconvenience and Vodacom should give me a full refund for this month due to the terrible service and call center agents that sound like they are half asleep.
I have no internet connection on my router from Saturday. I called the call centre and the agent tried her best to assist me, however, she was not able to restore my internet connectivity. She logged call with a technician and she said it will take 48 hours to receive a response. It is now 3 days (72 hours) without internet connection and we have not received any call from a technician. I have called the call centre to follow up multiple times however there has been no help. I am extremely upset and disappointed with this service. I work from home and have to study and that is very difficult without wifi connection. Over the past 3 days have incurred so much data costs and I will still be expected to pay for the wifi in full at the end of the month yet it is going onto 4 days without internet connection. I want Vodacom to compensate me for the additional data charges I have incurred because this level of service is not expected from a reputable service provider like vodacom. If this issue is not properly and timelously resolved I will take by business elsewhere!
I purchased a ****** Mary tote bag from Truworths In December and started using it in January 2024, within 3 months of using the bag the leather and trimmings on the handle has started to peel and break off. I am so disappointed with the quality of the product. I paid a lot for the bag and expected to receive a good quality bag which would last me for a long time. Extremely upset with my purchase from Truworths! I now had to buy another bag because the ****** Mary Tote bag was so embarrassing to carry around at work.
I ordered 5 Items from the online sale on the 19th of January 2024. I received my order on the 25th of January 2024. There was an item missing so I tried to contact them on the 26th of January 2024, I called three times and there was no answer for over 26 minutes at a time. I eventually ran out of airtime so I emailed them hoping to get a response and resolution. I did not hear from them so I sent another follow up email on the 29th of January 2024 and today is now the 31st of January 2024 and I have not received any feedback from them. I am extremely furious at the service. I have paid for my items and I don't even have them all. This is the first and last time I deal with Pandora Online Shop.
