Totally unproffesional. Insurance appointed Waterlite to replace a burst geyser in our unit. That went well. Resulting damages occurred,stain on ceiling and damge to walls. Owner was not at home when this happened,so imagibe the damage. They rock up there with only ceiling paint,after n few phone calls they eventually admitted that they will have to treat the damp,replace a small piece of ceiling board and paint walls and ceiling. 5 days afterwards the tenant sends me pics showing stains and watermarks not covered. I send them the pics and mails. They called me a day after and assured me they will call back. Never did! Its shameful and dishonest! They like short cuts. They call you 3 a times a day to remind you of excess,they cant even call in 8 days when you query poor workmanship. The lady that handled my claim is plain rude! Zenzi is her name. Id be on high alert when the bank appoints theses okes if i was any of you.
