Dimension Data causing significant loss of revenue to business

Do NOT do business with Dimension Data before reading this. Absolutely shocking service from Dimension data. Please refrain from doing business with them. When I say the services they provide and charge handsomely for have been offline more than they have actually worked is not an exaggeration. Further to that they offer no explanation as to how they are going to remedy this nor how they will compensate for the total lack of service. Our business has nearly been run into the ground by not having access to our systems nor the internet at crucial times of the month causing us to lose revenue and this happens repeatedly. Dimension data simply don’t care nor do they ever respond to anything other then than standard predetermined responses. Lastly they take 4 to 5 working days to get you back up, if you lucky. You have been warned. Go elsewhere.
