Horrible service since day 1. For a company that's been open for 20 years one would think they know how to deal with their customers and be on time. I was in a motorcycle accident and had asked them to assist me to claim for the Road Accident Fund, I was told to drive to them for consultation, which i couldn't as my motorcycle was written off. They then said they would send a driver to pick me up between 8-9am, at 9:20am still no sign of any driver and the person whom I was contacting on whatsapp told me to make use of my own transport after I had told them I dont have transport. If this is what it's like dealing with this company in the start only I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with them. Horrible customer care, beyond Horrible, the attitude they give when you talk to them on whatsapp as well.
I bought a phone the 21st of January 2024 at Game Somerset Mall, not even 5 days later the phone was faulty and froze, one of the guys in the store took a look at my phone and tried to convince me that there's nothing wrong with the phone, I work in the IT department and i know how these things work, I told him to send the phone to the suppliers as it is a faulty device and I would like a CPA claim, meaning if the product is faulty after 6 months of purchase I have the right to get a refund, never the less it wasnt even 10 days, the product was faulty in 7 days, they should have credit me in store, yet the phone was sent away. I've waited 2 weeks, had to go to the store to find out what was happening. The lady then told me they ordered a motherboard to repair the phone, and I said no I requested a CPA claim not for the unit to be repaired, I then asked for the suppliers number and contacted them directly, turns out game staff cant do their jobs properly, they booked the phone in as a warranty repair instead of credit and didnt send the suppliers the OBS papers, now I have to run up and down to communicate with the staff of game and the suppliers to find out what is happening. This is such pathetic service. I want this resolved before the 09th of Feb, otherwise legal steps will be taken.
