Called Virgin active on the 13th to request a downgrade of my membership, the lady I spoke to then said I would have to pay a downgrade fee of “300 and something” ( did not specify the exact amount ), I expected that at the end of the call I would be sent email correspondence confirming my downgrade and also the exact amount I needed to pay , instead I received an email from virgin active on the 15th saying that my account was overdue . Got a call on the 20th saying “my account is in arrears “ and that I needed to pay the downgrade fee of R370 ( it’s only at this point that VA decides to actually say how much I must pay).. made a payment there after and emailed the proof of payment to one of the collection officers, tell me why I still can’t access my VA app because “they have not received my membership fee” and want me to pay the R370 that I already payed 3 days ago. I am annoyed to the core with virgin active.
HORRIBLE !!! Ordered a Mac & Cheese with Lobster and shrimp for delivery on 06/02/2024 from the Waterfall branch. The Lobster was overcooked and definitely off , it smelt horrible.…Highly disappointed that we were sold and served rotten shellfish!
