RSAWeb: 6 Years of Loyalty – Now Completely Shattered by Incompetence I have been a loyal customer of RSAWeb for six years. In all that time, I have never missed a payment—except for the past two months, where I experienced an issue with their payment system. I sent multiple proofs of payment, yet RSAWeb cannot allocate my payments or resolve the issue. I am deeply saddened and disappointed by how I have been mishandled in this process. Instead of resolving a simple payment matter, RSAWeb has made this a nightmare experience that has forced me to resort to an alternative service provider—not because I wanted to leave, but because I was left with no choice. 1. They Lost My Payment – Despite Multiple Proofs For the past two months, I have sent every proof of payment requested, yet I am continuously told that RSAWeb cannot find my payment. How does a company misplace funds that have been sent directly to them with supporting documentation? Every interaction is filled with delays, confusion, and excuses. 2. Unauthorized Double Debit – No Consent, No Accountability To make things worse, RSAWeb double debited my account without my authorization. They took extra money without permission, and now, after repeatedly asking for a refund, I am still waiting. 3. Escalation = Empty Words I first spoke to Mihlahli yesterday, (one of my phone calls, my time and my bill) who assured me that my refund would be handled. Today, after following up again, I was told that it would now be “escalated.” Why was it not escalated yesterday? Why do I need to keep chasing my own money when the fault is on RSAWeb’s side? 4. Customer Service is Unprofessional & Disorganized Every time I call, I get a new person who has no idea what’s going on. There is no record of my previous conversations, no real follow-through, and no sense of urgency. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority. After 6 Years, This is How They Treat Customers? I have supported RSAWeb for six years, always paying on time—until now, when their own system failed me. Instead of assisting me fairly, they have mishandled my case so badly that I am left with NO OPTION but to move to another provider. This is not how you treat loyal customers. I expected better. Instead, I have been given the runaround, ignored, and forced to fight just to get back the money that was wrongly taken from me. Final Verdict: Avoid RSAWeb. They Will Let You Down. I never thought I would be writing a review like this about a company I have trusted for years, but RSAWeb has given me no choice. If this is how they treat long-standing customers, I can only imagine how they treat new ones. If RSAWeb ever decides to correct this and refund what is owed to me, I will update this review. But at this rate, I won’t hold my breath.
