This company tells you its R350 to do a quote before looking at vehichle. How can you pay for a quote?

Garth Randall Epoxy Pool paint Wonderful Landscaping Cape Town
We had the displeasure of encountering Gareth Randall on recommendation by Pool Solutions. We paid his 75% deposit for repairs and painting of our pool. He was supposed to Buy the paint from Pool Solutions but he never did. We eventually had to pay for it ourselves to have the pool completed by someone else. This seems to be his modus operandi as 6 other people contacted us whom he has done exactly the same to. Take deposits and not ordering the paint from Pool Solutions. He has subsequently been removed as an agent from Pool Solutions. Gareth and he's team doesn't pitch for days. Please be warned before parting with your cash

FRAUD - EPOXY POOL PAINT CAPE TOWN Gareth Randall - Wonderful Landscaping Products
BEWARE GARETH RANDAL EPOXY POOL PAINTING, LANDSCAPING PRODUCTS Drives a White Mahindra. We contracted Gareth Randall to redo our Swimming Pool in July. We paid him 60% deposit, which consisted ordering the Epoxy Paint from the national dealer. Gareth came to site and started commencing work on 08th July. He disappeared for 3 weeks in August, only to resurface on the 12th of September. He came with a soppy story that he had a client in Malmesbury, who is unreasonable and that the national dealership wants him to finish the job as soon as possible. It is then that he admitted that he used our deposit to buy the Paint for the job in Malmesbury. HE's Staff changes every week, and he arrives on site with new people every other week. THIS IN ITSELF POSES A SECURITY RISK. We had now discovered that this is his modus Operandi. I had a conversation with the client from Malmesbury who had exactly the same experience. , Doesn't rock up for work, Sometimes he arrives at 11 or 2. only arrive with one or 2 people to do the work, requests money and then disappear for weeks. Staff Complains that they are not getting paid; He arrives late for work; Makes Promises to complete the job at a certain date; Doesn't answer phonecalls or Watsapps; Promises to be on site and never arrives ONLY Sands the pool, If you ask him when does the paint arrive, its always its on its way or its coming. He did the same to us and the guy in Malmesbury, The paint will arrive in 3 Days, or he ordered the paint. WE CONTACTED THE NATIONAL DEALERSHIP who confirmed that the paint was NEVER ordered. Gareth Lied that the POOL paint was ordered and the THE NATIONAL SUPPLIER CONFIRMED THAT GARETH WAS REMOVED AS A DEALER AND IS NO LONGER AFFILIATED TO THE COMPANY due to these types of issues. We were not the only ones, more people are coming out and this is his modus operandi, he plays the victim seeking sympathy.
