Rolfe is a **** artist
Rolfe is a **** artist. He is unreliable and dishonest. He often makes excuses for why his labourers don't arrive on site i.e. they're sick but when I speak to the labourers the next day, they say that they were working on another job. The quality of work is poor too.

Don't order from Custom Creation
<div>I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing furniture with Custom Creation. It is a very stressful and unpleasant experience! Before you place an order, Celeste is very helpful and responsive, however as soon as you have paid your deposit, she goes silent and won't respond to emails or messages. They only have a whatsapp line, she says you cannot phone them. Our table took longer than expected which isn't great but the main problem is the lack of communication from Celeste. We were about to lay a charge of theft as we thought that they had ****** our money when the table did not arrive when promised and we could not get hold of her. Furthermore, Celeste has now emigrated, so I would expect the service to be even worse!! If you can, order directly from Felix, he is great.</div>

Don't order from Custom Creation
<div>Don't give this business your money. The owner has emigrated to Australia. Even when she was here, it was a terribly run business. She doesn't take phone calls and very rarely responds to messages once you pay a deposit... before that, she is very responsive. Tables are ALWAYS late, there is always an excuse. When the table does arrive, if there is something wrong with it, you don't want to send it back because you don't know if/when you will get it back again. It is a pity, as the guys who work there are nice and talented, especially Felix. If you can order directly through him, try and do that. But, please don't order through ++++ unless you want months of headaches.</div>

Very disappointing
I had a really disappointing experience with Calli Ostrofsky from Nurture by Nature. A new mother really needs a caring and helpful lactation consultant to guide her at the beginning and during her breastfeeding journey, as it is an overwhelming and difficult experience. Calli, unfortunately, did not give me the time, and made me feel like a number. Luckily I then got help from another, internationally qualified lactation consultant, which was such a different experience, and she saved my breastfeeding journey,
