I was expecting you to introduce me to any new products you might have on the market or ask me if I have any idea as to what else you can do to improve your customer service

Unhappy client
After I cancelled my insurance because of their cheating and ****ming they now call me to sign up again for insurance cover and promise me low affordable premiums. I totally refuse to do business with ****** company like this. They are heartless people especially the warranty department, to be specific the lady called Elloise in claim department. She's the main cause of my cover cancellation. Thanks Steve

Heartless decision to decline a valid claim
They are quick in proclaiming that they treat their clients as kings but when you claim then they look for every reason to decline it. That's the horrible treatment I received from Eloise at motor warranty department. They asked me to submit all the documents including the diagnostic report of which I did and she twisted what the report says and declined my claim. They are so heartless there. Please, people, if you can, just stay away from king price. It is a ****.

Worst insurance company
This is the worst insurance I have ever seen. They are quick to decline claims and when you appeal their decisions then they cancel your policy without consulting you as their client. Basically that's what happened to me few days ago. I had to cancel all my policies with them because I have lost trust in them. I think they use race to decide if they approve your claim or decline. Their motto is: Making soft landing however, based on my experience, there's no soft landing at all unless maybe you are white, not African. They are uncaring but only interested in your premiums.

I shopped something online on February 23 and to this day I have never heard from them. I sent emails enquiring about my package and they have been promising to deliver but nothing. Lately they are no longer responding to my emails and my R699.00 is ****** by them. Who can help me recoup my ****** money please? I borrowed that money and I need to return it back. Aventi is a ****. Please don't buy anything from them.
