Unprofessional

Unprofessional personnel that don’t even have the decency to reply on a quote that was asked on the 16/02/2024 there was a amount given but no written quotation did ask again the 19/02/2024 and is still waiting on a response. Did get a call from a sales person and was very rude and didn’t even try to explain for the delayed response so as far as I go the word will spread to all the places.
