very unhappy customer
They don't cover you when it matters and its incredible difficult to get refunds on your medical expenses even though you put the claim through.

Happy Client
My external HDD gave out with many important files on there that are irreplaceable. When i reached out, they were very quick to respond and start the process to assist in recovering my files. I brought my drive in on a Wednesday, they assessed it and were able to recover all of my files by Friday. The team at the Midrand office is extremely helpful and fast with assisting you.

Disappointed
I placed an online order for anniversary gifts for my parents and grandparents. The order arrived and part of the design was just about invisible. I emailed their support and was immediately assisted and they did a reprint for me. However, upon receiving the reprint it was only mildly visible. A small improvement at best. Their support and responsiveness were much appreciated, however i'm a little disappointed with the results and how they got passed quality control.

Incredible results and extremely helpful.
I placed an online order for anniversary gifts for my parents and grandparents. I was kept updated every step of the process and it was delivered within a week. There was a slight error in colour where some aspects of the design weren't showing correctly and they helped me solve it within a day to make sure the prints were coming through properly. They are extremly helpful and produce amazing results. I'm definitely coming back.
