Tealife_SA are ******* that did not deliver my order!
I believe I have been ****med, just like the other reviewers alluded. I ordered the tea from these people on 02 March. I then sent to their WhatsApp number the POP on 05 March and enquired about the delivery. She responded asking for my delivery address, of which I furnished immediately. On 07 March I started following up asking when to expect the delivery. On 11 March she responded saying delivery would be made on Wednesday 13 March. That was the last communication from them and I never received the order. They have been ignoring my WhatsApp messages and DM’s on Instagram. Their posts have been set to block any comments, which is another sign that they’re out to **** people. On 22 March I started to change my follow up on delivery to demanding my money back. That too has fallen on deaf ears and ignored. Anyone who continues to order from these ****mers will be doing it at their own risk. You have been warned! Their website has now been shutdown due to *****ulent activities.

Deposit refunded 3 months later!😤
I’m with the other reviewer in that if I could give this agent a 0 rating I’d do it a hundred times!! We moved out of the rented property on 30 November 2023 and received our deposit yesterday!! 3 months later!! After a million stories from them and my husband going to their offices last Friday to demand the deposit. Towards the end of the contract the owner demanded that we pay the rent directly to him because Michna was not transferring it to them after our payment. This agent must just close their doors and throw the keys away!! They’re terrible in not paying both the tenants and the owners. I’m extremely unhappy with their service. Use them at your own risk!!
