I used the furniture removal company on 1 December 2019. On the day of the move, my son put an object down in his room to move something into the lounge. 30 seconds later when he returned, it was gone (the movers were just in there). He immediately asked the movers if they knew where it was and they said no and obviously because you can not accuse people or check their pockets we had to accept it and hoped that it was somewhere between things in the move. Once it was established that the object definitely was taken (and asking them a second time), I phoned the Company to investigate. All I got advised the next day is that the movers know nothing about this. Therefore, if you don't hold on to every small thing on your body, it will go missing! So I paid R3500 for the move and an additional R1400 for the object that was taken. Completely appalled!
I tried to open an account online in November 2017. I never heard back from anyone and then decided to call the new accounts department yesterday (17 April 2018) whereby I was advised that I must go in to the store as they will assist me. I applied with my 3 payslips and ID in store yesterday and was then advised that my previous application was declined as "my information could not be verified". Nobody called me to verify anything and the lady in store said she can't help me, I must come back and keep checking! When I called your new accounts department back thereafter, they advised that the store should have phoned to request he reason my account was declined as I'm not allowed access to this information. Not once did the person in store offer to do this for me and now I am expected to go back? I am completely disgusted with your service and it is amazing how many people have the same problem commenting on this site, have you by now not figured out that there is a serious issue on your side? I need someone to call me back and advise me exactly what the problem was with my account application, why do I have to wait 6 months to try again? They can't even tell me when my 6 months have expired!!!!!!
