EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION TO KNOW MY ANIMALS HAVE GOOD COVERAGE
I have received the best, fast and most friendly service from Bernadine. She explained everything so well and I just feel so secure that my doggies will be covered with excellent cover. It is nice to know that you have customer service that is so EXCELLENT. Thanks Bernadine, you made the process so easy and your friendliness is much appreciated. You do not get many consultants these days that is so friendly, but Bernadine is the cherry on top. Thank you

Unprofessional
Very unprofessional and rude staff. They can not supply a person with the required information. I would not recommend that anyone deal with them
