Beware - Shocking service!
I urge all Discovery Insure clients to contact them with their (shocking) personal experiences so that Renew-it Rivonia is removed from their roster!

Unacceptable Delay in Repair Services
Unacceptable Delay in Repair Services I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from Renew-it Rivonia. Despite dropping off my vehicle for a simple, quick repair several weeks ago, it remains incomplete with repeated (ongoing) delays. The inconsistent and unreliable timelines provided by the company have caused significant inconvenience. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. Until Renew-it Rivonia can demonstrate a commitment to timely and effective repairs, as well as a prioritization of customer satisfaction, I would strongly advise against utilizing their services. I hope that the company will take my feedback seriously and take immediate action to address these issues -does it really take over a month to repair one front bumper?
