Gritcore is a company with a diverse range of products for DIY projects, home renovations etc. After searching online for a water tank, I found what I was looking for at Gritcore. I contacted the company and Raees Saib (Business Representative, Bramley office) rep**** to me. According to Raees the particular water tank I was looking, was unfortunately not available and it would have to be ordered from the manufacturer. At first, I was sceptic, but Raees assured me that the process would be without any problems. Although the process took longer than anticipated, Raees was continuously communicated with me with regards to the status of the order and I never left that I did not know what was going on. I can truly recommend Gritcore for DIY projects and home renovations, and if you lucky enough to connect with Raees Saib, you also will experience excellent service. Thank you Raees, Gritcore can be proud of you.
I have bought the coffee pods of Woolworths for the fourth time and every time I was frustrated with the poor quality of the pods. If you compare it to other coffee pods that can be used in ones Nespresso machine, the only word I can used is the Woolworths pods is flat! You insert it in the machine and when you start it, the coffee stream coming out is literally dripping because the aluminium covers the pod is wrinkled. After about twenty seconds of dripping the Nespresso machines stops automatically because nothing is coming out. If the pod was properly pressured, like other coffee pods, the coffee would flow better. So I suggest that you open the package before you buy it, and look at the pods, if the aluminum is wrinkled DON’T buy it – you are going to be frustrated and you are going to waste your money!
Seemann’s in Randburg used to be one of those places where one knew the quality of the food, the professional service of the staff and, laid-back atmosphere would be good value for money any day of the week. Well, it’s sad to say that if you go there now, you will be highly disappointed and very frustrated. The food, if you eventually receive the correct order, is not good, the service is none existed, and the atmosphere is tense because of angry and frustrated customers. In short, this iconic place has seen better days, and if you still want to go there and see it for yourself, good luck.
I bought a product online from Leroy Marlin, which was the only good experience. On the order information an ‘Arrives by’ date is given and one can view the ‘Track My Delivery.’ Two days prior to delivery I went to view Track My Delivery, no information was shown. One day prior to delivery I went again to view Track My Delivery, again no information was shown. I emailed ‘Online shopping and general store enquiries’ and an automatic reply came back that one would receive feedback within in 48 hours. Fortunately I received an email from customer service withing 8 hours, asking what my problem was about. I gave the order details and I was informed that I would receive my order one day after my scheduled arrive by date. When the order finally arrived, almost by close of business, one day later than the original delivery date, the product was damaged! Now it’s my responsibility to return it to Leroy Marlin and sort out a problem I was not responsible for.
