I usually purchase Domestika courses adhoc but all of a sudden I have, the first time ever with Domestika, I was billed R1800 for a Plus subscription. I did not select to be a member and I see that this is not the first time that they have ****** money this way. They apparently do not refund these plus subscriptions but I know that I have not elected to be a member. The email address provided via their help center i.e. hello@domestika.org does not handle requests. Why provide this email in the first place? I am also not the only person who was charged a subscription without signing up. Other than that, the quality of the product that they provide is excellent. They should follow suite with their customer services
