Nizaam Smith owner of N&N Retailers was very quick to respond and contact me regarding my online website order which came to R8000 and because I urgently needed the product he asked for R400 for faster delivery. That was supposed to arrive 3days later. No delivery. No order dispatch confirmation. He blamed it on the company in which it was supposed to dispatch on as he has just the “middleman” where he gets product dispatched from companies that had the stock. I asked for a refund. Any that just got delayed. Then he apologised and said he would refund me as soon as he had money to refund me. Said he would do a payment plan which never happened. That was last year in June 2023. Ultimately, he is a ******. He uses a very real looking online shop and get payments from those purchases. Gets into contact to seem like he has good service and communication and then makes you commit in the purchase. After you have paid and you realise the item you purchased wasn’t going to come. His webpage or online shop disappears. Do not do any business with him.
