Order not received-TEALIFE SA - IT IS A **** **** **** ****-!!!!!

I made payment for my detox tea order on the 28th of February 2024.They were doing a promotion on their Instagram page,(Valentines special on buy one and get one free). I send them proof of payment via Whatsapp as per their order instruction.They acknowledged the payment and that was the last i received a message from them!!! I have been sending messages on Whatsapp,and never received any feedback and have been blocked instead. I tried to call the same Whatsapp number,with no luck.I have also been blocked on Instagram for responding to someone who commented that she received an incorrect order, which i also confirmed that i am still waiting for mine,till this day i have never received my order which according to them ,turn around time for delivery is 2 to 5 working days!!! Please should away from this Tealife SA,because it is nothing but a ****...unfortunately i only realized after i made payment into their Nedbank account!!!
