Great Service
My delivery from Mattress Warehouse was completed by Tshepo and Phillip. They were excellent—great communication throughout the process. They followed the location instructions perfectly and called when they arrived at the gate. Thank you as well to Trish for keeping me updated on the status of my order throughout. Very professional and smooth delivery experience. Thank you!

They blocked me on WhatsApp and Instagram after enquiring about my order, which mysteriously disappeared on their website under “orders” meanwhile I waited for over 5months without getting anything. Didn’t get my order nor a refund
