In January my daughter took her Car to a Dealer in Bloemfontein telling us the problem is the Vacuum Pump which they replaced. Directly after collecting the car the Engine Lights came back on. I phone Bloem and they told me they sold the Dealership to Volvo but will try and help out. After a trip from Vryburg to take the car back, after a few days they phoned and told me the engine lights are all gone. They got the car back just to have the same problem. My daughter took the car to Welkom Dealership which was closer. They ordered a Turbo after a diagnostic check was done. After more than a month they received the Turbo from overseas. They did the Turbo and just leaving the workshop the Turbo blew up. According to Welkom, Bloemfontein never did a Campaign test after replacing the Vacuum pump. They ordered another Turbo which took another month or so. After collecting the car the Engine light came back on. Now we are talking about car payment every month and Insurance never the less of all the money wasted on parts and petrol. They were forced to sell the car to a Dealership in Vryburg because she is a teacher and for such a long period of time without a car, she had no option. She lost R38 000.00 on the car because the problem is still occurring. I phoned Pako, a Manager from Citroen. After a few months i got the message they are not willing to help. My daughter's total of loss on her car was R100,745.66. Not even any help from Citroen. I think the service is pathetic.
