If I could, I would give Wesbank 0 Stars. I have been trying to reach Wesbank for the past 2 weeks. I have spent Hundreds of rands trying to call the call center of which no one answers. I have sent emails to all the email addresses I could, 2 weeks ago! My car was paid off and the settlement letter was sent to them however, I still haven't received my refund. The debit order went off for a car that is already paid for and I am still owed my refund. When you owe WESBANK Money , they will call u 10 times a day, but they cannot even answer the customer care line. The Service delivery in SA is Pathetic
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received at Nissan Melrose. My experience with the workshop manager, Victor, and the Dealer Principle, Brandon, has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I purchased a brand new Magnite in May 2023, and in October, I began experiencing a clutch shudder issue. Upon reporting it to the dealership, I was told that this was a characteristic of the vehicle. Dissatisfied with this response, I followed the proper process by escalating my complaint to Nissan South Africa. Despite my continuous efforts and monthly complaints, I have not received any assistance or resolution. Currently, my car is in the workshop at Nissan Melrose for an inspection of the clutch. The workshop's own report indicates hot spots on the clutch, yet they are refusing to repair the vehicle. Both Victor and Brandon have refused to assist further, providing unacceptable service. The lack of accountability and assistance in addressing a clearly documented issue is disappointing. I urge potential customers to reconsider choosing Nissan Melrose for their automotive needs, as my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unsatisfactory.
