**** INSTAGRAM STORE - BHC BUDGET WIGS

I ordered 2 wigs online on 19th September and paid immediately into their Nedbank account number. Payment was co firmed as received not too long after. Then there was no communication despite my reacing out. On 3 Octiber, I eventually received an order of 2 very badly made wigs - nothing like what was advertised on their Instagram handle bhcbudgetwigs. It was not what I ordered. I requested a refund of my money on 7th October and have been ignored since despite repeated requests by WhatsApp which is their method of placing orders. I have tried to call and the phone is not answered.
